Bill Mayer, Owner

Born and raised in Bend, my family's history in Bend spans back five generations to the early 1900s. I started working in the construction industry during my summers in high school at a local cabinet shop. During my college years, I had the opportunity to work in many different areas of the construction industry. Upon graduating from OSU with a B.S. in Business Administration and Management, I settled into a job with a lifelong friend and his dad building custom homes in Bend. Here is where I discovered my creativity and passion for custom home building. After getting licensed in 2008, I focused primarily on remodels and finished carpentry as a subcontractor for several custom home builders in the area. In 2015 Mayer Build & Remodel became a reality. I moved away from being a subcontractor to focus primarily on new construction, remodels, ADU's, and custom woodworking projects for my clients. We emphasize superior craftsmanship in all of our work. My subcontractors, employees, and I always put quality first on all of our projects.
